I rarely bother to review companies but I’m making an exception with Everglade Windows. I have renovated many houses and it’s rare to deal with such an excellent professional company. I had a problem with one set of Heritage doors not fitting properly, it turns out the fitters I used hadn’t installed them correctly, not only did Everglade arrange for people to come around to help, but they rectified the original installer’s mistake. The guys they sent round were brilliant, they said the doors were a couple of millimetres out but nothing bad, they managed to fix them by putting in a couple of shims, I’m delighted and thank you again to all at Everglade, a really top company and a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish I’ve dealt with three people, Magda, Dave, and Bhavik, all of which have been incredibly helpful. A top team in a top company, Highly recommended, Steve Poole

Everglade supplied a large patio door on time and in a very professional manner. My builder installed the door but there was a slight misalignment with the lock. The fitters from Everglade came quickly and fixed the problem brilliantly. Great job customer support.

We came to Everglade after a horrific experience with a cowboy builder who claimed to be FENSA certified, and who botched part of the job then ran off with the rest of the money.

We were reassured by Everglade's professional credentials and the positive reviews on various platforms (we have done our research!).
Salim from the sales team is extremely patient, and he's answered our many questions without delay before purchasing and even after the job was completed.
Their products are of the highest quality - we ordered a Solidor composite front door and a pair of uPVc French patio doors. Some suppliers - including Anglian - refuse to replicate the existing French door design for our living room as the opening was only 100cm, but it was not an issue for Everglade.

They also take credit cards during the ordering process, which added to our peace of mind.

The doors arrived sooner than expected after ordering and installation was swiftly booked in. The installers who attended on the day, were very polite and respectful and they covered everything up to ensure the flooring and frunishings were not damaged (other traders would not bother, in my experience). They did arrive quite late, but were willing to come back the next day to finish the job but due to work, this didn't work for us, so they booked it in for first thing that Saturday which suited us fine - and I was impressed that they were able to offer a Saturday slot.

They stayed until I was perfectly happy - as the patio doors, due to their narrow size were quite difficult to level evenly, but the installers ensured they didn't leave before it was spot on.

We had a small issue with our light fitting being knocked and a drop breaking, but they replaced it without an issue and there was no harm done.

One feedback I would have is that when old timber doors are removed, obviously there is some extent of damage expected to plastering/ window frame etc. We had quite a large chunk of plaster falling off when the old doorframe was removed, and the outer timber doorframe cracked in the middle. This in itself is not an issue, as due to the age of the building (a period property) this isn't unexpected, however I don't think the installers had the correct products with them to carry out the repairs. The crack in the doorframe was filled with silicone, where wood filler should have been used, as the silicone has to be removed before it can be painted over since wood paint will not stick to silicone. Visually, the white silicone does the job, but when you get to painting the frame it creates more work.

Similarly, the missing chunk of plaster was filled with cement/mortar (what they use around the windows when they are replaced and work well on external brick walls, but not on internal ones), instead of a plaster or filler. In order to get mortar even, you need an angle grinder as a normal sander will not work. I had to chisel off the cement filling and re-fill with appropriate filler before being able to paint over and correct the wall.

Again, these are not huge issues, and luckily I was able to correct them myself, but some extent of DIY knowledge was required. Easily rectified by the installers having a pot of filler on them when attending jobs!

All in all, we are very happy with the new doors and the customer service provided by Salim has been excellent. Luckily we haven't got any more doors, but will definitely use them again in the future if required and will happily recommend them to friends & family.

Everglade supplied and installed a full set of double glazed windows and doors for our charity centre including some bespoke large windows to replace old, single glazed units. Our charity centre building is an old Nat West bank and we had to work with Everglade get the right look so that it looked in keeping with the rest of the building design. The guys did an amazing job, replicating the previous window features and 'box' design. It looks fantastic and is superb quality. Nothing was too much trouble, they even came on a Sunday to replace the security bars for us. A great service from a great company who seem to really care about quality and customer service.

Aluminium windows and huge patio doors Having visited a number of aluminium manufacturers we decided to use Everglade for our windows and the patio doors on our kitchen extension. The service they provided and the information about the products was great. They were also the only company that were able to install huge patio doors (2.7 metres). We are very pleased with the results. The quality is excellent. We had an issue with the hinges on one window and they immediately came out and changed them. Everglade is a nice, trustworthy company with good products and a good service mentality. Their price is in the mid range but I think it is good value for the products supplied. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I can't believe it! A double glazing company which does exactly what they say they would do. I used them for my bi-fold doors which were outsized and designed specifically for my new extention. Honest, reliable, excellent product,. excellent service. Sailesh who I mostly met with was very helpful indeed. Highly recommended.

The work by Double Glazing has been carried out from 20th May 24 to 23rd May 24. We are very happy and appreciated the Excellent work carried out by your contractors Julian & his colleague were very efficient with time keeping arriving on time and very neat. Also to bring to your attention that once Julian & colleague completed fitting on each Windows they would ask me & my wife to check the work if there was any issue he would rectify there and then. Despite what the weather was they made sure to complete each windows and ensuring all was left in immaculate state. Excellent Contractors and give them 5 *****

Just a great experience from the initial visit to the showroom to when the windows were fitted. Minimum disruption caused – the installers of the windows were a total credit to your company (can they be recommended for a thank you award as they were great guys). We had crittle style windows & doors fitted by Everglade in June 2019. The representative, Vince spent a lot of time with us in designing a good fit for our unusual sized openings. All looked good after fitting. However there were some problems with one of the doors about a month after the fitting. But it was resolved to our satisfaction by the second lot of fitters who were excellent. The finished look is really great.

Exceptionally high quality products, we initially used Everglade for our windows which were superb! This time I purchased a made to order composite front door and an internal full glass UPVC door. Both doors are fantastic and exactly what we had hoped for. I visited the Everglade premises to view the showroom and was also lucky enough to be shown around the factory. Everglade have a massive range of products that cater for differing window and door needs, I was truly impressed by their state of the art machinery, the scale of the company and their stringent quality control processes.
