I will be writing another review in a couple of months when instalation is fully finished and we move in the house. Here is my review for the process so far. Aluminium Windows product is very good. I am very happy with sales process and delivery in tight timescales. Vince was amazing durring sales process always available on phone and email anwering our questions even during his holidays. He went the extra mile and made sure we get the design we wanted. Everglade arranged timely delivery and stuck to their promised date as opposed to another big glasing supplier I dealt with. Their surveyor was very professional and aware of latest regulations and design trends. Everglade has installation was perfect without wasting time for our builders. Payment process was flexible and smooth. There are a couple of things outstanding but i am sure everglade will do good job like the initial install. I will highly recommend Everglade.

I am so delighted with my new windows and front door. Everglade windows are a highly experienced organization, they have a great range of quality products, offered me a very competitive price and above all, an exceptional, outstanding customer service; I could not recommend them and the team highly enough! Vincent, Gary, Dean, and the installation team, were all on hand through my entire installation and they dealt with any issues promptly and professionally. Everglade windows were recommended to me and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them too !

We’ve looked at various companies prior to Everglade and it was NOT pleasant experience. We’ve spent lot of time talking and waiting for answers to our questions which more often than not had to span two or more layers upstream to be dealt with. We’ve clocked up hundreds of miles on the road visiting showrooms whenever one existed. We’ve used Everglade to build us large sliding aluminium doors, kitchen window to match and front door with sidelights. We must say that we are very happy with the service and the product. When visited Everglade we were met by polite receptionist (Mina I believe). We were introduced to very pleasant and friendly YET professional sales advisor. Chabane answered most of our questions on first instance, he drove us around to view similar products and kept us well informed and updated at all times throughout the process. Everglade have large and bright showroom which was key for us. In addition all of the staff members that we’ve spoken to, including their in-house installers (particularly Julian) are knowledgeable. We'd like to also pass our thanks to Bhavik (the installation manager); he was in no rush when he took his time and joined Chabane at the early stage of the sale to explain some of the technical inquiries. Well done Everglade, and keep up the good work.

We had double glazing installed and are very pleased with the end result. Great service from the design and install teams. Thank you Vince for your design service, technical survey with Ken and to Ravis team for the installation on site, they were great!. The windows look really good.

I recently had my windows replaced by Everglade. The service from the initial consultation, right through to the fitting was exemplary. We're really pleased with the final result and will be recommending their services to family and friends.

We came to Everglade after a horrific experience with a cowboy builder who claimed to be FENSA certified, and who botched part of the job then ran off with the rest of the money.

We were reassured by Everglade's professional credentials and the positive reviews on various platforms (we have done our research!).
Salim from the sales team is extremely patient, and he's answered our many questions without delay before purchasing and even after the job was completed.
Their products are of the highest quality - we ordered a Solidor composite front door and a pair of uPVc French patio doors. Some suppliers - including Anglian - refuse to replicate the existing French door design for our living room as the opening was only 100cm, but it was not an issue for Everglade.

They also take credit cards during the ordering process, which added to our peace of mind.

The doors arrived sooner than expected after ordering and installation was swiftly booked in. The installers who attended on the day, were very polite and respectful and they covered everything up to ensure the flooring and frunishings were not damaged (other traders would not bother, in my experience). They did arrive quite late, but were willing to come back the next day to finish the job but due to work, this didn't work for us, so they booked it in for first thing that Saturday which suited us fine - and I was impressed that they were able to offer a Saturday slot.

They stayed until I was perfectly happy - as the patio doors, due to their narrow size were quite difficult to level evenly, but the installers ensured they didn't leave before it was spot on.

We had a small issue with our light fitting being knocked and a drop breaking, but they replaced it without an issue and there was no harm done.

One feedback I would have is that when old timber doors are removed, obviously there is some extent of damage expected to plastering/ window frame etc. We had quite a large chunk of plaster falling off when the old doorframe was removed, and the outer timber doorframe cracked in the middle. This in itself is not an issue, as due to the age of the building (a period property) this isn't unexpected, however I don't think the installers had the correct products with them to carry out the repairs. The crack in the doorframe was filled with silicone, where wood filler should have been used, as the silicone has to be removed before it can be painted over since wood paint will not stick to silicone. Visually, the white silicone does the job, but when you get to painting the frame it creates more work.

Similarly, the missing chunk of plaster was filled with cement/mortar (what they use around the windows when they are replaced and work well on external brick walls, but not on internal ones), instead of a plaster or filler. In order to get mortar even, you need an angle grinder as a normal sander will not work. I had to chisel off the cement filling and re-fill with appropriate filler before being able to paint over and correct the wall.

Again, these are not huge issues, and luckily I was able to correct them myself, but some extent of DIY knowledge was required. Easily rectified by the installers having a pot of filler on them when attending jobs!

All in all, we are very happy with the new doors and the customer service provided by Salim has been excellent. Luckily we haven't got any more doors, but will definitely use them again in the future if required and will happily recommend them to friends & family.

I rarely bother to review companies but I’m making an exception with Everglade Windows. I have renovated many houses and it’s rare to deal with such an excellent professional company. I had a problem with one set of Heritage doors not fitting properly, it turns out the fitters I used hadn’t installed them correctly, not only did Everglade arrange for people to come around to help, but they rectified the original installer’s mistake. The guys they sent round were brilliant, they said the doors were a couple of millimetres out but nothing bad, they managed to fix them by putting in a couple of shims, I’m delighted and thank you again to all at Everglade, a really top company and a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish I’ve dealt with three people, Magda, Dave, and Bhavik, all of which have been incredibly helpful. A top team in a top company, Highly recommended, Steve Poole

Everglade has a very large showroom which was very useful for us. Their staff are very knowledgeable and they have a good selection of quality products. They were a lot more high end than other companies we came across. The fitting team did an excellent job and were very tidy and polite. Overall wonderful experience. Thanks

Everglade was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted a bi fold door for an extension and also a front door. The showroom was bright and airy and all the doors I wanted to see were on display which was useful especially when looking at the bi fold door as I could hands on see how it worked. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took time to go through the different options with us. We didn't feel rushed at all and met a few times before placing our order. He was also really accommodating with the installation of the bifold door as the builders were delayed and we had to push back the original installation date. The fitters themselves worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. They went through how to use everything before they left and we are extremely pleased with the overall installation. Our new front door looks amazing and we've had lots of positive comments from visitors. Thank you for a job well done.

Also to bring to your attention that once Julian & colleague completed fitting on each Windows they would ask me & my wife to check the work if there was any issue he would rectify there and then. Despite what the weather was they made sure to complete each windows and ensuring all was left in immaculate state. Excellent Contractors and give them 5 *****

I can't believe it! A double glazing company which does exactly what they say they would do. I used them for my bi-fold doors which were outsized and designed specifically for my new extention. Honest, reliable, excellent product,. excellent service. Sailesh who I mostly met with was very helpful indeed. Highly recommended.

Overall the short time between my initial inquiry to the completed installation made the whole process very convenient. All the staff that I dealt with were friendly and gave quick responses to my questions.

We had a sliding door and windows installed today in our loft - everything seems to have gone without a hitch. Very professional installers. It's early days but the products look to be of a high quality. Exceptionally high quality products, we initially used Everglade for our windows which were superb! This time I purchased a made to order composite front door and an internal full glass UPVC door. Both doors are fantastic and exactly what we had hoped for. I visited the Everglade premises to view the showroom and was also lucky enough to be shown around the factory. Everglade have a massive range of products that cater for differing window and door needs, I was truly impressed by their state of the art machinery, the scale of the company and their stringent quality control processes. The company provide an easy to use professional booking service and pay huge attention to detail ensuring their products meet the right specifications. I can’t thank the team at Everglade enough! Dealing with Everglade was clear and simple all the way through, from pre-sales advice and information, technical spec and finally the installation team. The comparative quote I got was around up to 50% cheaper in comparison to two other companies. The technical survey was comprehensive and the installation completed without fuss and as little mess as possible. It's early days of course but already we notice less noise from outside and our flat feels warmer and more secure. We believe we have had good value for money dealing with Everglade.

I have used Everglade Windows since 2000. I have just had large bay windows installed in one of my properties. They are professional, reliable, responsive and hassle free to work with it. The quality of the windows are excellent. I did get quotes and demonstrations from other suppliers in the past and was horrified at their sales methods and pricing structures. I would highly recommend Everglade and will use them in the future.
